Been here a few times for dinner and lunch. Haven't disappointed so far with a good selection of dim sum and also an excellent range of dishes to order. Service is always good and food is a notch above the usual Chinese takeaway, although you can expect to pay a little extra for the pleasure. This is a must do if you are in the area, this time we ordered off the menu but the lunchtime dim sum offers a great selection of ready to eat options.

Very poor service, went on a public holiday with a surcharge but went after the lunch rush. When talking to the wait staff, we were told they were not paid public holiday loading, however the workplace still charged customers the surcharge. Ended up cancelling a dish as the item arrived cold 30mins after order it. It's definitely gone downhill. Won't be returning.

The entrees were okay, one out of 3 mains was good. We had ordered the peppercorn chicken the taste was so out there, that it was hard to eat, when we asked about it we were told its not actual peppercorn but a pepper seed they use, the same seed" was used in the szechan beef we ordered but it was so overpowering we couldn't eat any of it

Really dissaponting, just ordered Chilli Chec Chicken and Rice & Spring Roll. Spring Rolls were undercooked and the Chicken dish was swimming in a sweet gross sauce. It was not even able to be consumed. The rice was drowned at the bottom. Really dissapointing.

Friendly courteous staff. We landed up on Mother's Day without a reservation, but still the staff made all efforts and found a nice booth just for the two of us. The lady who took our order actually spent some time with us and even though they were extremely busy that day, tailored the dishes as per our requirements. Tasty dishes. All dishes are reasonably priced. Good decor. All in all an enjoyable experience.

Food is good but service might need a little work as our food took more than 30 minutes to arrive when the restaurant was pretty much empty. Our food was served to the wrong table and the staff who took our order didn't notice our empty table when she kept walking up and down. There were a few flickering lights that added to our slight annoyance but would definitely return for the dim sum during the day.

Just had takeaway from there. Bitterly disappointed!! Couldn’t taste any garlic in the garlic prawns that were swimming in some indescribable fluid…..awful!Honey chicken was dry and shriveled with next to no honey over it.Then there was the beef fillets with cashew……we received chicken instead!! So tasteless it was inedible.We have eaten in twice and takeaway twice over the last 18 months with ordinary results. I’m sorry but this place used to be the classic Chinese restaurant but no longer!

Count your plates and baskets, CHECK YOUR BILL, request for an itemised receipt! Almost got cheated blind by the staff. Even better, take picture of your food when it arrives for pictorial evidence.We came at an odd time, like 2pm, so there was really at most 2 other tables eating. Ordered 4 dishes, food was OK, not hot for some reason but beggers can't be choosers. When I went to pay the bill, total came up to a shocking $87.10 for 4 items and a tea! I requested for an itemised bill and was shocked they billed me for 11 items. I told the front manager they overcharged me, and requested the servers come verify. I even had picture of the food ordered. He pushed the blame to the servers, servers pushed the blame to being busy (mind you there were only THREE tables to serve!) and they wrote me a new receipt and refunded me the difference. IT WAS STILL WRONG!!! Now they charge me for 5 dishes and tea hoping I'll miss it. Having made another ruckus, they finally issued the correct itemised receipt and refunded me more.I see other reviewers getting charged $80 for 5 items, I think they got scammed as well. Dim sum rule of thumb worldwide shld be around $8-10 per dish. Jus beware of this place and its servers. No way I'm going back.

This was found from the food. I asked for the Manager and they told me the Manager is off. Couldn't imagine if this is eaten.... Can someone advise me if we could lodge an official complaint against the restaurant?
